I can’t believe Hillary isn’t a real hipster… said nobody.

Hillary Clinton’s ballyhooed hipster-chic office space in New York City’s Brooklyn borough isn’t seeing much use as a landing pad for the former secretary of state, with Hillary and her closest aides working out of a Manhattan skyscraper instead.

Choosing Brooklyn to put down campaign roots was seen in March as an indication that Clinton was makign an effort to reach out to millennials who are obsessed with style and flair, rather than becoming lost amid bankers and corporate titans in the city’s larger concrete jungle.

But it wasn’t to be. Not even Lena Duhnam, the TV-feminist star of ‘Girls,’ could find Hillary at her Brooklyn headquarters when she visited on May 29.

Politico reports that Clinton works out of an office suite on West 45th Street in Manhattan, near Times Square.

The 4,000 square-foot space was leased for two years ten months ago as a ‘personal office,’ but now the Clinton presidential campaign pays the rent, esimated at $25,000 per month.

The building features amenities no gritty Brooklyn space can offer, like an outdoor plaza and lobby featuring ‘magnificent large-scale hanging lit sculptures.’
