Classic an African American calling out foreigners.

A Kentucky prosecutor was suspended this week after referring to an Asian family in a letter as “greedy foreigners who did understand simple contract relations.”
Price was working on a civil case, representing a family opposing the family-owned Hwang’s Martial Arts Academy, and wrote a letter to their attorney including the offending line, as well as a reference to them “relying on some Asian principle.”
And in case you’re wondering how he initially explained those comments, this is what Price said in an interview days later:
“I do not think that that was derogatory,” said Price. “I thought that that was an appropriate reference to them, because I don’t know them to be American citizens. … Some of those individuals (at Hwang’s) may be illegal aliens. I don’t know. My clients said that the individual they dealt with had some broken English. Now that doesn’t necessarily make them a foreigner, I understand that. But based on the information we had, no, I do not believe that that was insensitive to refer to them as that.”
Well, days after that interview, Jefferson County Attorney Mike O’Connell sent a letter to Price, calling the comments “insensitive and inflammatory,” and informing him he’s suspended. Price reportedly apologized to O’Connell and was ordered to attend sensitivity training.
