Uh, no.

A recent poll of Democratic presidential candidate obviously puts Hillary Clinton in first place, but Senator Bernie Sanders is actually in second place with 15 percent support. And that might come as a surprise to some people, seeing as how Sanders openly calls himself a socialist and publicly takes positions that many on the right think President Obama believes in secret.
ABC’s This Week panel discussed the chances of Clinton’s Democratic challengers, with Kristen Soltis Anderson calling Sanders “very far outside the mainstream.” Michael Eric Dyson said that people might consider Martin O’Malley “the acceptable face of the left” because of how far-left Sanders is and how further right Clinton is.
But most interesting to Dyson is that “Bernie Sanders is proving there’s a little bit of socialism in a lot of people on the left.”
The key here is that he’s the “out candidate for so many people who are kind of in the closet with their progressive views.”
