Voters in states run mostly by Democrats are more likely than those in GOP-run states to feel their state government is too big, but all give similar performance reviews to those governments.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 36% of Likely U.S. Voters now rate the job performance of their state government as good or excellent. Twenty-six percent (26%) think their state government does a poor job.
