Ever since Michael Brown was shot and killed while attacking a police officer last August in Ferguson, MO cop-haters and idiots alike have been leaving flowers and teddy bears at the site of his death. The problem is, the make-shift memorial kept getting vandalized and set on fire so the city, in their infinite wisdom, has decided to erect a permanent memorial in the form of a plaque, to both commemorate and reward Brown’s utter contempt for the law.
