Today, George Zimmerman was in his car when a man drove up on him and shot at him, breaking the glass to Zimmerman’s car window and injuring him. The bullet as you can see from the photo appears to have been aimed about head high. So for all intents and purposes, it appears to be an attempted murder.

But to media most were headlining it “George Zimmerman involved in shooting”, not clarifying he was the victim.

But some went further. Salon said Zimmerman “might be in trouble with the law again” then says “two men involved in shooting”. Think Progress said this was the “fourth violent incident that Zimmerman had been involved in”.
