A message titled “The New Era” posted to the Internet some 20 hours ago by a man alleging to be Abu Ibrahim Al Ameriki (“The American“) promises more attacks. “The American” claims that 71 soldiers have been trained on U.S. soil in 15 states.

“We have 71 trained soldiers in 15 different states ready at our word to attack any target we desire. Out of the 71 trained soldiers 23 have signed up for missions like Sunday, We are increasing in number bithnillah. Of the 15 states, 5 we will name… Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, California, and Michigan.”

The message closes with:

“The next six months will be interesting, To our Amir Al Mu’mineen make dua for us and continue your reign, May Allah enoble your face.

May Allah send His peace and blessings upon our Prophet Muhummad and all those who follow until the last Day.”

“Missions like Sunday” of course refers to the ISIS-endorsed attack by Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi in Garland Texas. This message, like Simpson’s tweet 20 minutes before the Garland attack also speaks of the leader of ISIS, who they reference when they say ‘Amir Al Mu’mineen’ and ‘making dua’ appearing to pave the way in the event they die in their missions.

Simpson then urged following this man, whom SITE has confirmed is a British member of ISIS, for more tweets after the start of the attack:

These new apparent threats may be empty. They may not. But a threat on American soil has already proven to be too real.

We should be prepared to meet it, as indeed, Texas was.
