Legal representatives for an Upstate teen who was told to remove her makeup to take her South Carolina driver’s license photo at a Department of Motor Vehicles branch held a Tuesday morning news conference to announce the results of a settlement.
The DMV has agreed to allow Chase Culpepper to take a new driver’s license photo with makeup as a result of the settlement. The DMV will also re-evaluate its rules and policies.
