Oh my, look what Rick Santorum said!

Naturally, the responses to the tweets blow up against the evil bigoted Rick Santorum, and another leftist lie about a right wing nut job is off and running. Notice also how the language of both tweets is the same, almost as though it were a coordinated ‘talking point’…

But is that what Rick Santorum actually said?

No, not at all.

Santorum was talking about Indiana’s religious freedom law, and used the following example:

A perfectly reasonable question and something that no one could reasonably ask a gay printer to do, let alone any printer who actually believes in respect for other people.

But then, that wouldn’t make any clicks for TPM or Huff Po, then, would it?
