SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Los Angeles police officers are searching for gunmen who opened fire in South Los Angeles Sunday, injuring at least two officers.
The shooting was reported in the area of 65th and Main Streets just before 6 p.m., police said.
It wasn’t immediately clear if shots were fired by officers. No further details were immediately released.

ABC is now reporting the officers, though wounded, are in good condition.
The location is about 1.7 miles from Florence and Normandie, the area known for the beating of Reginald Denny.
