Government employees like Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State are supposed to use government email. The law now forbids the the use of personal email, unless the employee copies ALL the emails to the government so they are retained by the government.

So not only did Hillary knowingly violate the rules, she is now saying she gets to determine what is “relevant” to turn over.

The criminal part, as Judge Napolitano notes, would be exposing classified information to ‘improper storage’ which is one of the reasons you’re supposed to be using government email and thereby government servers.
