Today, the DNC will vote to petition Congress for a Constitutional Amendment that will give every eligible citizen the right to vote.

Psst, Donna? There already is such an amendment, everyone eligible can vote. Of course, illegal aliens can’t, but perhaps that’s whom you mean. They are not citizens, Donna. Only citizens can vote. If that is what you are pushing for you seek to dilute the vote of actual citizens.
