Conservative commentator and author Dana Loesch tried to board an American Airlines flight tonight and was told among the things she was carrying that a pen made of brass from a bullet casing was not permitted.  Which is odd, because American Airlines will let you bring actual live ammo onto a plane as long as it’s properly secured.  They’ll even let you put it in the overhead compartment.

Bullet melted down into a pen?  Well that’s a problem…
