AN ISLAMIC charity linked to a notorious hate preacher has blamed the Charlie Hebdo massacre on ‘French bigotry’.

An article posted on the Islam21c.com website – a sister project of the East London-based Muslim Research and Development Foundation (MRDF) – condemned France for defending a group of ‘vile fringe cartoonists’.

In an editorial posted by Abu Haneefa last week entitled The final chance for the bigots of France, the author outlines reasons why the Charlie Hebdo killings can be blamed squarely on France’s defence of freedom of speech laws.

Haneefa writes: ‘The nation of France today stands at a precipice facing a self-imposed, existential threat from the al-Mighty. It has become completely intoxicated with its own bigotry and bloody, colonial past, as well as the temporary outpouring of global sympathy.

‘In its vigorous attempts to defend a group of vile fringe cartoonists who took great pleasure in celebrating the Rabaa massacre in Egypt, and the abduction of 219 school girls in Nigeria, this nation has taken itself to the very edge of extinction.’

The anti-Western agenda comes despite Islam21c.com boasting it aims to ‘provide guidance for Muslims living in the West in all areas of their faith’ as well as receiving charitable funds via parent body the Muslim Research and Development Foundation.
