Media and government seem intent on painting him as a “lone wolf” crazy.

But Haron had followers, including his spokeswoman/girlfriend, featured in many of his videos. Here she is saying 9/11 and the Holocaust are “God’s punishment”, and here she is saying women invite rape. She is described on the videos as “Sister Amirah”. She is Amirah Droudis, who allegedly brutally killed Sheikh Haron’s ex-wife, setting her on fire and stabbing her 18 times. She was out on bail for that, as was Haron.
