At a press conference on Thursday on Capitol Hill in support of President Barack Obama’s executive order to provide protection from deportation for millions of illegal aliens, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said the Republicans have failed to act and Obama’s action will help “law-abiding families” enjoy the holiday season.[…]
“Thanks to the president’s immigration accountability executive actions, millions of hard-working, law abiding families will be able to celebrate the holidays with renewed hope – hope in the future free from the fear of separation and deportation,” Pelosi said.
