And what indifference is that? Well, Rangel seemed to imply it was an indifference about shooting Michael Brown. […]

Rangel said that “you should be sorry when you take anybody’s life” and Wilson’s “total indifference just polarized the community.”

He concluded, “You should, at least, be able to say you made a hell of a big mistake, at least.”
