This is a condemnation for killing Americans?

Obama looks doped up; in a condemnation, you show controlled anger, some form of disturbance. This was delivered like he just came off the golf course, he looks half asleep. You condemn and give warning to the killers, threatening response or at least warning them against such further actions. Obama does nothing at all directed at the terrorists, they know no American action will be coming, American lives apparently are worth nothing.

Mr. Obama, what tensions were the people exciting by praying in a synagogue?
