Hecklers interrupted President Obama repeatedly during a campaign stop in one of the few states where he is popular enough to be a useful campaign surrogate, annoying the president to the point that he faulted the immigration activists for “yell[ing] at” him.
“Unfortunately folks get frustrated, and they yell at everybody,” Obama said in response to the hecklers, who interrupted his speech at last four times, according to the press pool report.
“The Republicans are blocking immigration reform,” he insisted. “That’s one more reason we need a Democratic Senate.”
