For someone who is being deprived, she is managing to talk to media, her friends to push this narrative and her lawyer. What hardship! And have any of these “real journalists” actually interviewed anyone at the hospital she’s at to check her erroneous allegations about her treatment?

Oct 26 (Reuters) – A nurse held in quarantine for Ebola monitoring in New Jersey plans to file a federal lawsuit challenging her confinement as a violation of her civil rights, her lawyer told Reuters on Sunday.

Norman Siegel, a well-known civil rights lawyer, said that Kaci Hickox’s confinement after she returned from West Africa raised “serious constitutional and civil liberties issues,” given that she remains asymptomatic and has not tested positive for Ebola.

“We’re not going to dispute that the government has, under certain circumstances, the right to issue a quarantine,” he said. “The policy is overly broad when applied to her.”

Hickox in her whiny diatribe herself notes her close proximity to a seizing dying child the night before she, Kaci, left for the U.S. It is exactly at this point that an Ebola patient is most contagious. Also, as we have noted, one can have Ebola, yet test negative until the viral load has sufficiently built up in order to be detected, as in fact happened in the case of Dr. Kent Brantley.
