Kaci Hickox tells Candy Crowley when asked, that, no, she doesn’t understand why she is quarantined.

She has nothing to read? But check the picture on the floor near the bed, isn’t that a newspaper? Plus, she has an iPhone, that’s how she’s been able to communicate and complain. She apparently didn’t set the stage well when she took the picture. And I may be wrong, but it looks a lot like a TV on the far right. Friends also tried to claim that she is in an outside tent as though to claim she was exposed to the elements, yet you can also clearly see a heater near the door. First world problems, it’s not a Hilton, it’s a hospital, but it is infinitely better than many places in West Africa.

So frankly, I’m not sure that I’d trust her rendition of what is actually happening. CNN does not have any interview with anyone from the hospital for rebuttal.

Notice another critical point within the screed-she hasn’t been able to see her lawyer. Yes, lawyer, can’t you hear the lawsuit coming?

Candy doesn’t ask her about being a CDC employee, or about that before all this, CDC was advising employees to self-quarantine for 21 days. What prompted this mandatory action was the refusal of some, like Dr. Spencer and Nancy Snyderman, to self-quarantine. You can see the problem in the arrogance Hickox demonstrates-no one is going to tell her she should be concerned, because she doesn’t feel sick now, so hang all everyone else.

By the way, after this storm hit, Hickox deleted her LinkedIn account revealing that she is a CDC employee. So she’s so deprived but she still has the ability to do that. But sorry, the Internet is forever and you’re just a little too late.
