Look at the tape from 2:40 on, these are officers that responded to Dr. Craig Spencer’s apartment. The doctor reportedly was vomiting in the apartment.

It is unclear to me if they had actual contact with the doctor, although the masks and gloves would suggest they thought they could have some exposure in some way.

Watch as they pull off the gloves and masks with their bare hands and just throw them in the open trash can.
