Almost a guarantee this was a terror attack, the Saudis will try and claim otherwise.

RIYADH, Oct 14 (Reuters) – A U.S. national was shot dead and another wounded when their car was fired upon in an eastern district of Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh on Tuesday afternoon, a police spokesman said in a statement carried by state media.

An assailant was cornered and arrested, the statement said.
