The last time we heard from Gweneth Paltrow she was comparing mean things people say online about celebrities to soldiers going into combat.

Democrats must be getting desperate ahead of the midterm elections, because they are allowing actress Gwyneth Paltrow to throw a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee.

Paltrow will host a dinner and reception Thursday at her Los Angeles home to fundraise for the DNC, reports Party Time.
President Obama will make an extra special appearance, his second time attending a party thrown by Paltrow for him and his allies.

Tickets for the event are priced between $1,000 and $32,400, meaning most of the partygoers will likely be Hollywood and Washington elite. That’s probably for the best, considering Paltrow has a habit of offending working moms and pretty much all Americans who are thrown off by her snobby attitude.

During a March interview, Paltrow suggested that she as an actress — who has a rumored net worth of $140 million – has it harder than moms who have “regular” 9-to-5 job
