Holder to order DOJ probe in 3… 2… 1…

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) -A memorial honoring Michael Brown goes up in flames. The makeshift was memorial located on Canfield Drive near the scene of the shooting.

It was filled with stuffed animals and surrounded by candles.  Flames from the candles likely sparked the small fire.
