Priorities, right?
In various cities throughout that country, the US State Department and American consulates back a taxpayer-funded organization called the Pakistan-US Alumni Network (PUAN). It’s been promoting “recycling and waste material management” through workshops most recently held in Jamshoro.
As that city is one of the main centers for higher education in Pakistan, however, aren’t there local university students who could undertake this sort of activity?
