So much for that racial harmony Obama promised in 2008.

A plurality of Americans is satisfied with President Barack Obama’s response to the situation in Ferguson, Missouri, a new poll says.

According to a CBS News/New York Times poll released Thursday, 41 percent of Americans are satisfied with how the president is handling the situation in Ferguson, compared with 34 percent who are dissatisfied. A quarter says they have no opinion.

The survey also found a split along racial lines, with 60 percent of African-Americans saying they are satisfied with Obama’s response and only 35 percent of whites saying the same.
