Agents of the Islamic State are using “teaching vans” to recruit children to their cause and instruct them in the ways of violent jihad.
“God willing, this generation will fight infidels and apostates, the Americans and their allies, God willing,” one member of IS explains. “The right doctrine has been implanted into these children.”
