Cops cuffed a man they say bothered worshippers at a Brooklyn mosque, authorities said Friday.

Chaim Weiss, 20, was allegedly caught on a surveillance camera repeatedly driving past the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge in a car “festooned with four Israeli flags” and blasting Israeli music, officials said.

His pro-Israel stance interrupted a 4 a.m. Ramadan service at the Fifth Ave. house of worship on July 20, officials said.

Cops charged Weiss with disrupting a religious service and disorderly conduct on Wednesday. He was released on his own recognizance at his arraignment.
