MSNBC’s Chris Matthews has found that old tingle. In an interview with journalist Perry Bacon, Matthews discussed the border crisis and brought up former Obama White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel’s line that one should “never let a crisis go to waste.”
Matthews told Bacon “It’s extraordinary that the president would do that [take executive action legalizing millions of illegal aliens]. This is like the Emancipation Proclamation.”
