Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has been outspoken about the plight of undocumented children at the border, but got in a bit of a public spat after telling the White House not to send them to a Maryland facility. O’Malley appeared on Fusion tonight and said that his position was unfairly spun by the White House. […]
He says the site he was warning the White House not to send the children too is in a not-so-friendly part of town “where some really hateful graffiti was sprayed on buildings.” O’Malley said the White House should be looking for other places to send these kids instead of being insistent.
