I’m starting to think Obama has a moral superiority complex.

Via DNC email:

I’m never going to apologize for trying to do my job, Drew — especially when the other guys are doing nothing.

And when I get to talk to people like you across the country, I’m reminded of just how much we have left to do — so there’s no chance that I’m going to stop doing right by the American people.

Chip in $3 or more and send some leaders to Washington who will work with me and help finish what you and I started together.

I’m a reasonable guy, Drew. I’ll work with anybody to get the job done. But House Republicans have done anything they can — including shutting down the government — to block the change we’re fighting for.

If we have a real sense of urgency — if we make a real commitment together — then Congress can change. But that starts with you.
