ISIS has grabbed enough land to be a state, stolen enough money from banks, and seized enough oilfields to finance a state. Now they would like people, and potential recruits, to actually believe they are a state. So they’ve issued this brochure with glossy pictures, showing what a wonderful place the “Islamic State” is.

Just forget the beheadings, please, they CARE. They will be collecting ‘Zakah'(a cross between alms-giving and a tax) for the “poor”. According to “Islam 101”, the technical meaning of the Zakah designates the annual amount in kind or coin which a Muslim with means must distribute among the “rightful beneficiaries”. Don’t think of not turning it over to ISIS, it likely wouldn’t go well with you. Read between the lines and you may recognize the commonality here with the progressives, as the redistribution leaks out throughout the brochure.

The Islamic Police will also be there to ensure that your “rights” are protected. Unless you are perceived to have violated their strict Sharia law, are an uncovered woman, Shia or Christian. Then you might have a problem. Forget about the crucifixions too…

In the “Islamic State” everything will be wonderful, in the name of Allah, all will have wheat. See the picture? There’s wheat. The machine owners who harvest wheat wouldn’t be allowed to charge you more than the Islamic State says, though. The owners probably would like to hold onto their hands and not have them chopped off.

Zakah expenditures are only for those “bringing hearts together” for Allah. So if you’re poor and not deemed to be “properly following Allah”, well too bad. Christians, if you haven’t been massacred yet, you’re out of luck.
