Internal Revenue Service Commissioner John Koskinen admitted that the White House’s characterization of the IRS targeting scandal as the actions of rogue agents was inaccurate when asked by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC).
Koskinen argued, “The basic premise that this was a conspiracy driven by the White House” was wrong.
