This video uploaded today which is seven minutes long shows what appears to be a school or a “Madrasa” filled with children all of whom appear to be under the age of 13.

Wearing bandannas with the logo of the Islamic States Of Iraq and The Sham – the children are reading verses from Salafist teachings on the Qur’an as well as the Qur’an itself.

The video does not say where the school is or where or when the video was recorded.
