President Obama will be back in the New York groove again on Tuesday.

The President is coming to Manhattan for three Democratic fund-raisers, just in time to snarl traffic during rush hour in what’s become known as the Barack-lock.

His first stop early Tuesday night will be at a “round table” discussion for the Senate Majority PAC, a Democratic group that accepts unlimited contributions. Former Mayor Bloomberg, Steven Spielberg and David Boies are among those included on the PAC’s 2013-1014 donor list.

Obama will then headline the DNC LGBT Leadership Council’s gala fund-raiser at Gotham Hall in midtown. Brooklyn Nets center Jason Collins headlined the event last year when the First Lady attended.

The fundraiser comes a day after the White House announced plans for Obama to sign an executive order prohibiting federal contractors from discriminating against employees on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
