These photos are from members of Islamic States of Iraq and Syria (“ISIS”), via an official media channel they have set up on Twitter.
In it, the group formerly associated with al-Qaeda shows off assets it has taken from Iraqi security forces, some of which were allegedly given to them by the United States.
This is the worst possible scenario – weapons and vehicles we gave Iraq which which were technologically superior to that of the militants, now in the hands of our enemies.
