If there are folks out there thinking Lindsey Graham’s winning his primary shows a heavy endorsement, think again:

Graham’s win shows South Carolina has its own internal politics and it’s difficult for an opponent if the vote is split 7 ways. But relative newcomer conservative Tim Scott outperformed Lindsey by far, meaning a significant number of folks approved Scott, but left Graham.

So when you’re assessing what happened this evening, this is another indicator of a move away in votes from the establishment candidates.
