You can’t just look at one place, ignore everything else and think that you’ve done your job, that is not doing your due diligence.
The Inspector General is inspecting problems across 26 locations. While there are no doubt many places where the care is good and people are working hard, it is also clear that there is an endemic problem that needs to be addressed, so that more veterans do not suffer and die.
