Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Jansing & Co,” Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) was asked by host Chris Jansing about reported comments from political strategist Karl Rove that Hillary Clinton’s possible brian injury in 2013 should be a factor considered in a 2016 presidential bid.
Rangel said a required psychiatric test would put the Republican Party “completely out of business” because they have run candidates akin to Dixiecrats from the Tea Party which is destroying the party.
