“No, absolutely not,” the November midterm election is not a referendum on President Obama and his policies, Democrat Party Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) told NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday.

“[T]hese elections, particularly the Senate elections, are referendums on the candidates running,” she said.
