The FAA issued a “no fly zone” over the Bundy Ranch area. The edict lasts until May 11, the anticipated time of the end of the round-up of all Mr. Bundy’s cattle which the government claims are not allowed to be grazing on the land in question.

At the bottom it notes, only “BLM relief” flights are allowed during this period. The BLM relief flights are using the time to “relieve” Mr. Bundy of his cattle.

One wonders if the reason that they don’t want flights is to ensure against pictures like this, taken of the the BLM makeshift compound, set up on the land, and they want to avoid any video taken of what happens during the process now that media are getting into the story.

Here you can see cattle that they collected in pens that appear quite small for the number of cattle.

In addition to keeping flights out, the BLM is keeping everyone out of 600,000 acres of public use land as they have closed the area during the round-up.
