In the aftermath of Brandeis University’s decision to revoke Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s offer of an honorary degree and scheduled speaking engagement, CAIR National issued a statement claiming victory. Among the listed “specific thanks” was racist blogger Richard Silverstein. Silverstein has come under his fire for calling Chloe Valdary, an African-American pro-Israel activist, a “house slave” and implied the “Israel lobby” was her “master.” […]
According to CiFWatch, Silverstein has had a number of other controversial moments, including supporting the terrorist group Hamas and suggesting that Israel behaves like Nazis.
