He start his sentence 5 months ago. Opting for the drug treatment program means he gets 6 months cut off his sentence. With good behavior, he gets another 6 months off. The last six months is spent in a halfway house. That’s how he could be out in a total of just over a year.

Actually paying real time for ripping off the taxpayers is just for the little people. This is out of a 30 month or approximately 2 1/2 year sentence.
