Update:

Farrow is referencing base jumpers who jumped off the World Trade Center in September, exposing a hole in the building security. Apparently the security was still porous even after their jump, because a 16 year old was able to get into the building at 4 am and go up to the top this past week.

Again, for this building, of all buildings, where the heck is the security?

That said, Farrow and MSDNC are pretty darn clueless not to know how that could be taken. A case of extremely poor chyroning.
