Meet Shyanne Roberts, the 9-year old competition shooter from South Jersey who testified before the New Jersey Law and Public Safety Committee on Thursday afternoon in opposition to A2006, the 10-round magazine limit legislation, and who earned a raucous round of applause from the audience for her efforts.
