Here’s more video and pictures of the ATF raid on Area Armor yesterday. We reported on this yesterday. The ATF wanted to seize lower receivers (base for building a AR15, but not a functional weapon) claiming they were “illegal firearms” and wanted Ares customer lists, to be able to hunt down the people who bought them. Ares refused to turn over the lists and got a temporary restraining order against the ATF. The ATF then went to the judge ex parte (without Ares present) and got the judge to essentially nullify the prior order, so they could go in, grab the receivers and the list.
Watch as they remove items from Ares, and at 1:11, the ATF officer turns his camera on the onlookers, some of whom had come out in support of Ares.
