As of 4:53pm in Venezuela the Venezuelan military has begun entering the city of Valencia. Valencia, the capital of Carabobo has long been a thorn in the sides of the Maduro government.

Today without warning, more than two dozen members of the Venezuelan military entered the city near Cornfield street.

Several people have told me there have been arrests and confiscations of cameras and smartphones but I’ve been unable to see any evidence of them doing anything except patrolling the streets and setting up roadblocks.

Regardless of their purpose, the fight for Valencia and all of Venezuela from Socialism just got kicked up a few notches in a very short amount of time.
