That means there are a number of troops beyond the 2000 flown in earlier.

There are also unconfirmed rumors from reliable sources that more “pro-Russian” militants will be revolting against the new government in Odessa by the morning. That remains to be seen, but a lot of unease evident about the numbers of troops and types of equipment being moved in.
