And annoying. Very annoying.

Capping off a week of media appearances, first lady Michelle Obama on Friday said she doesn’t mind poking fun at herself — and neither do her kids — if it gets more people active.
Obama’s media push for the fourth anniversary of her anti-obesity “Let’s Move” initiative began last week with a guest appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” where she showed off some of her dance moves. But she said Friday that her two daughters weren’t surprised.
“You know, fortunately, they weren’t too horrified,” Obama said on NBC’s “Today” show. “I think that they’re used to me doing really silly things to get people engaged and laughing.”
The first lady said she’s happy to set an example for other parents in not taking herself too seriously, suggesting that dancing might even be a way to sneak exercise in for kids.
“Sometimes if you get up and dance and you’re silly, maybe your kids get up and dance and they’re silly and let their guard down, and you do that for 30 minutes and before you know it, you’ve exercised and nobody is the wiser,” Obama said. “I figure if the first lady can laugh at herself and be silly, maybe some more moms and dads would get up and do the same thing with their kids.”
